Whenever you feel hungry, drink a glass of water and wait 15 minutes. If you’re still hungry then you are clear to eat something. If not, don’t bother. :D

Or if you’re tired. Try sipping on a cup of black coffee. Black because it will basically force you to sip on it slowly lol. If you must have something in your coffee, try not to weigh it down with cream and sugar. Maybe milk and “sweetener”.

@Satansdatter how hard was it for you to stop the feeling of hunger?

I have a question, today I counted my calories for the first time, I ate the same as I eat every day and my count for the day came to 510. I weight train every morning and night, run 2 miles a day and play full field soccer every day. I am not loosing any weight I have been at 138 pounds for as long as I can remember. I do not watch what I eat and eat whenever I am hungry. why is my Intake low? do I digest food slowly or something?

So if you swim in a 3500 litre pool until you burn 1 pound, you can raise the water temp by 1 degree celsius – cool

  7. MrUltimateTKO

170 lean then build muscle and land at 205 and possibly to a maximum of 240

  8. TrenzorZ

So what is the weight you are trying to reach for your goal?

  9. Satansdatter

I don’t have anorexia cause I make sure to eat, however I could perfectly fine stop eating. Cause I rarely get’s hungry, even when not eating..

However I know that’s not healthy that’s why I make sure to eat even when I don’t want to..

  10. MrUltimateTKO

So you weigh 50 pounds? >__> Thats impossible unless you are a 7 year old

  11. MrUltimateTKO

I weigh 240 now (Used to weigh 290-300) I’ve changed my diet..I’ve only been taking in about 1,200 calories a day. If there is 10 calories per pound and I weigh 240, that’s 2400 calories to maintain that weight and if there is 3,500 calories a pound and I’m only taking in 1,200 a day, that’s about a 8,400 calorie deficit. Close to 3 pounds a week. And that’s about 10 pounds a month NOT counting exercise and just walking around the house/outside/etc. So I probably lose about 15 pounds a month.

i run on the treadmill 3 times a week burning 700 calories each time and i pretty much eat what i want within reason..and im not fat

  13. victshot

@HedwigAteRon Yes, that’s waaaaaaay too low. I eat that much from breakfast to lunch, lol.

  14. HedwigAteRon

It depends. Generally, no. For most people, 1000 calories a day is not nearly enough, even if you’re trying to lose weight. And Satansdatter, that’s called anorexia.

  15. SaraCanDoThis

lol you dumb bitch, do you think you are really cool for being 14 and advocating an obvious eating disorder, you are doing insane damage to your body and your poor parents are going to have to pick up the pieces when your life falls to bits which i am estimating will occur betweeen the ages of 17-21, consider what they have done for you tomorrow when you are starving your body during a period of time in ur life when you need to be developing. i need to reiterate – dumb bitch :)

  20. 2522242

Kid you’re still growing.. and i suggest you to get at the least 1400 calories per day.. (:
normaly woman should eat 1500 calories per day? ( correct me if im wrong )
    and men 2000 :D

  21. flashdot321

listen. I was terrible obese. i am 14 too.. i lost 40 klgs. now i weight 55 with 1.67 m of height. now i am really skinny. i eat more or less the same than you, so thaht i dont get weight. my mon is a docotr, and she says that if teens like us eat less than 2000 calories a day, we are going to loose brain cells –> that leads to loose energy for our daily life. i really think that we should eat more.

  22. abgurgeln

    Are you dyslexic?
And also, if you know you are underweight and even offer the suggested weight for your age group why must you ask people of they agree.

If you have an eating disorder sort it out elsewhere, not on youtube, you douche.

  23. agnethamileyashforev

my math teacher dont thinks i can calculat calories thanks

  24. socofan4ever

What i think you should try is to try and not eat big meals at once considering you’ll probably not that hungry, but try and eat small snacks throughout the day

  25. vardsmith

Well then you’re an idiot, and I have no doubt you’re quite aware of it.

What do we think? you know what we think. You know that eating a 44 Kcal breakfast and sub 1000 per day at that age is not normal and is unhealthy.

    Obsess about something else, really.
