    Yeah, sit ups are such a cheat, you’re using your momentum to rise, so there is less resistance. For people who want to raise abdominal strength: Instead, only go half way up. (Geez I hope you knew that already and that it was pointless to tell you)
    Momentum can also hurt your lower back.

    I thought you had to do crunches and not full sit ups like this I guess my technique is really wrong maybe thats why i am ot seeing progress I wanr good results like getting skinny and being a size 6 or something but how>! I have to try harder. but these women are so tough!

    @MrsZwinkyGurl you would have to burn 3500 calories,i would say about 500,but you probably wouldnt be able to walk properly after your done lol

    Blah to your nutrition thing. I’ll eat what I want! I’ve done it before, only reason I got belly fat is the heat wave is keeping me from going outside. You have to be crazy to go out in 100 degree weather.

    @bananasir You really need to add cardio to your strength training. Like DarkenEdgez said, running will help get rid of the belly fat. Very generally speaking, strength training builds muscles, cardio melts fat.
