whoa this stuff burns you ( for me that im 12) but ya it works i already go 2 packs in 1 week but is not in 6 mins you have to keep doing it constantly
do u do these exercises every morning or when?

This routine was excellent but instead of doing each one 20xs do them 50xs or untill u feel a burn
on would you do this on the crouch all these work on the floor!

Exercisingisn’t all of it too, you also have to eat right too! Not like me - I’m eating junk food all the time (luckily my metabolism is high!!!)

I just started today, i’ll do it twice a day (morning and evening) and after two months let’s see how far i’ll be and if this really works… Thanks a lot though!!! Maybe you’ll change my life
ps: i’ve just started a diet too, so my food is completly recude, i eat loads of vegs, fruits and drink at least 2 l of water a day. Let’s pray, wait and see ;)
