Free back-to-school health fair Thursday Crider Health Center and Molina Healthcare will celebrate National Health Center Week by hosting a back-to-school event for area families from 3-6 p.m. Thursday at Wentzville Banquet Center (at Motel 6), 900 Corporate Parkway.
