I always seperate my egg yoke from white this way
    Crack the egg
Have the egg in one half
Place thumb gently on the yoke
Pour egg white in the? cup
I always leave the egg yokes for my girlfriend, she makes cookies out of them

Its a lot easier if you pour the six eggs in a bowl. and take out the eggs with a spoon.?

Can you use plain Quaker Oatmeal instead of the Cup of oats? I only have the? regular oatmeal packets from quaker, if i can use it, how much packets do you think id need? thanks!!

These taste 10x better if you combine your dry ingredients, then the apple sauce, then the eggs and vanilla like a traditional cookie recipe. Or any recipe for that matter, don’t mix dry and wet ingredients until you have to combine the two sets? of ingredients and you will get a much better texture.

  11. Noobskis

do u have to? use protein powder?

  12. reallyletsdoit

@benvb85 The actual yoke is very good for you, but you dont want to have to much. Eng whites are pretty much pure protein and very low in calories. So for a recipe where you need say 5 whole eggs? but use egg whites instead it will be a lot less fat and a lot fewer calories

  20. Newbpwng

  21. jeghetervictoria

@leanbodylifestyle he probably does know there’s canola oil in cookies/brownies…..canola oil is a lot? different than olive oils pungent taste…….. you could have just used canola oil. Do you have aspergers?

  22. pervychika666

@MrsKalehpache fructose have? less calories than honey

  23. pervychika666

Is that your? body in the intro???

  24. MrsKalehpache

Can I use honey or something? else that is natural as sweetener instead?

  25. aeferch

    @SuiKxSkillZ

I don’t know if agave necter is available in Germany but that is also a? natural sweetener, but it has added calories where as stevia doesn’t. You could also add a little honey. Or just use splenda or an artificial sweetener.
