
How much fitness do you think I will loose from not excersising?
For 3 weeks I will have a boot on my foot due to a stress fracture and won’t be able to run/walk/swim, anything.
I’m in pretty good shape right now and I was supposed to do track this year (due to my injury I’ll miss 3 weeks). How much fitness do you think I will loose?

Honestly, not much. You are taking this waaaaay too seriously. I had an inguinal hernia repair a couple years back that took me 6 months to get over. That, my dear, will make you lose some “fitness”. 3 weeks is nothing to worry about. As long as you don’t totally pig out or anything, you should be fine.
Also, muscle never really “goes away” or anything. Look at Arnold Schwarzenegger for instance. He’s a fat lard now, but he’s obviously still a rhinoceros underneath the flab.
