@McL0vable infact, doing intense weight training can elavate one’s metabolic rate for up to 72 hours, whereas cardio will only do this? for a few hours. On top of that, low intensity cardio will break down muscle and not be as effective for loosing fat… So, unless you are doing sprint training, or HIIT, intense weight training may be more effective

@McL0vable Muscle will use bodyfat. The most straight forward approach to losing bodyfat though is diet. Don’t eat as much.?
