Hey I have herniated my back 3 months ago I feel fine although my lower back hurts from time to time. My story is the same as yours I was in great shape but my injury caused me to gain a lot of weight now I want it gone. Do you think I should get your program at all? How was your back when you started your program? Thanks!
@stellarshore YES. Watch my videos “Ten Weeks” and “6 Months” you can absolutely burn fat and build muscle at the same time. Watching those videos should be inspiring enough, but if you still need help getting off the couch, then get my Heart of a Champion Program and watch the new episodes of “Transformation Truth.”
CK.
K, can you gain muscle and lose fat at the same time? I’ve heard many say that if you do too much cardiovascular training and weights the cardio can deplete your gains or prevent them due to chemical release of cortisol etc. Many training programs say you should do one before the other i.e lose the fat and then gain or visa versa. Whats been your experience? Also, getting started is often the hardest, what words of encouragement do you give to getting folks off the couch? cheers man
Hi Chris.I’m wondering if you could help me with the following: I like cycling on my racebike and make trips for 2 to 5 hours, 1 or 2 times a week.Next year I want to join contests and train like 3/4 times a week. Can I still follow the HOC program, maybe a bit adjusted?I eat 500kcal under my BMR right now, but I find it hard to combine this ‘cut’ with my cycling training.Hope you can help me with this, because i like your style of training/living,but also like cycling.
@TSuperChallenge NP Chris, just lookin out =)
Wow!! So u seriously only work out 4 hours a week?!! U most have a perfext diet ! Could u kinda tell us how is u diet?? … By d way if u r THAT ripped from training 4 hours a week .. Then im OBVioUSLY burning my muscles down :)
@TSuperChallenge I want to join your TSC training program. I’d also like you to help me transform my body as you did yours. I want to achieve it. Thanks a lot for the mail.
@Larryola That sounds great, I might have to check that out. CK.
@assadn84 GREAT WORK! I do all my work on this channel and write all my articles for people like you. If a person is willing to be committed and work hard, I will do everything in my power to help them to achieve their goals. Best, CK.
@persianpothead Just being “bigger” is a terrible goal. Would getting bigger have helped Micheal Jordan? Of course not! We should all be training to be fit, fast and strong so that we can be our individual best. CK.
@guimonsterjustin yes! Long cardio sessions are horribly inefficient. Look at marathon runners, they burn off all their muscle and actually make themselves less fit. CK.
@Caldoboy Totally agree. It’s about being your best. Not being “The Biggest.” A lot of big guys are terrible at everything. CK.
@kingcutty Cutty, thanks for watching. I’ll do some more vids without the antelope analogy very soon. CK.
@Andyclanclanclan Thanks you for such a great comment. Best, CK.
@Likez2spank That would be a great topic! And something I will put in the queue for future ideas. CK.
@ChagFallzXC Personally, I never run further than 5k. If you can run that far, than start running faster. My program uses a 3 mile test for fitness, but the training is all about intervals. CK.
Chirs I’ve been watchin alot of your videos lately and I like your takes on fitness and id like your opinion on distance training vs. sprint training. I’ve been a distance runner for about 4 1/2 years now but i still have like 5 to 10 pounds of fat i can lose. so I was just curious about your opinion.
thanks,
alex
A great topic would be the mindset for the workout. All too often people beat themselves up mentally for not doing a rep right or not being able to press much weight and its their first workout! These people not only are hard on themselves but expect results instantly. They don’t know that they CAN do it but it will be hard. They don’t understand that they should have a positive mindset and a winning work ethic. The reason we value results is because of the hard work involved.
@polskapoop stop hating man. Hes selling an amazing product that really works… i mean look at him. hes doing all of this for all of OUR benefit, so if you dont realize that hes trying to honestly help people by telling them the truth and steering them away from all the media moneymaking bulshitters then get off the channel.
Define survival of the fittest. How does that theory fit into the TSC program, w/o using anteluope, as I do not kill them CK

@persianpothead being bigger isn’t always necessarily better. I remember I bulked up to 215 for my senior season of football, I lost some speed and quickness and wasn’t as effective as I was the year before.
Nutrtion would be an excellent topic. And how often you do cardio? is it true if you do long amounts of cardio at a time you lose muscle mass? looking forward to the next vid! Btw lost like 2 lbs in the first week iof doing yer program thanks man
@persianpothead In my opinion, gaining lean muscle mass as apposed to just gaining mass with whatever fat that comes along with it is a much more efficient and healthier way. At the end of the day, you have to set realistic and proper goals for yourself. I think that one shouldn’t just get bigger for the sake of being bigger, but rather make it a lifelong goal to be as fit, strong, and athletic as possible.
why dont you try to get bigggger instead of just staying relly lean?
im sure it would also help with whatever sports you train for
life and I can’t thank you enough. This is a program that can seriously work for anyone and I encourage anyone to give it a try, you will not regret it. It is not easy but nothing good can come easy and you will need to be persistent and consistent but after a few weeks when u see how dramatic your body begins to transform, you can’t help but to keep going.
