While it’s not specifically targeted for veganism or health, it is a social community revolving around webcams and you can just search for people with similar interests to yours there and meet them for webcam sessions.
While in the video chat, you can also do stuff together, like watch videos and listen to music, which in your case could be great for starting YouTube videos about your interests and such.
